Qubit was asked to create a large-scale display piece as a means of tallying the “Lives Impacted” by local recruiting and placement group Mosaic Personnel. The 4ft x 4ft design was printed on heavy-duty aluminum and installed on the office wall. The display includes space for a magnet board and velcro-attached number cards that exhibit the current year. Strong magnets were affixed to the backs of painted wood numbers, enabling a numerical range of 0-999. The count is adjusted by team members as job placements are made, thus increasing morale and encouraging recognition of a job well done.
