The Character Core Monthly Subscription focuses on a different character trait each month. To help bring that character trait to life, Qubit worked with Strata Leadership to produce a short video feature on a person who would talk about how that month’s character trait applied to their every day work. For the character trait of Patience, Qubit’s video team spent the day with Matt Winton, a rancher, lawyer, and small business owner. Life on a farm can be rough and capturing it on camera is no different. From extreme summer temperatures to the Oklahoma wind, nature will do what it wants, which provides a great opportunity to practice Patience.
